Who may use FamilyGuard. Only a parent or legal guardian, only on their own minor child’s device, and the child must know the app is active. Using FamilyGuard on an adult violates our Terms.
What we collect. Guardian account data; app usage; visited domains (not full URLs); location points; risk signals.
What we never do. We do not show message content; we do not record calls, keystrokes, screen or microphone; we do not hide the app from the child; we do not sell or rent data.
Storage & deletion. Encrypted in transit and at rest. Delete from the parent dashboard. Uninstalling stops collection.
Your rights. Request a copy, correction or deletion at support@familyguard.app — we respond within 30 days.
