Eligible use. FamilyGuard is only for a parent or legal guardian monitoring their own minor child, with the child’s awareness. Monitoring adults is prohibited.
Transparency. The child must be able to see that FamilyGuard is active. Hidden or deceptive use is a violation.
Accounts & billing. You are responsible for account security and for charges on your payment method. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled.
Limitation. FamilyGuard is a parental safety tool, not a guarantee against all online harm. Use it together with conversations and common sense.
